Four Hines Technology Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the VibeCheckList application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

Use of the Service by children

Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13 you may not use the Service, sign up for an account, or access the Service in any form. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information and/or is using the Service in any capacity, we will delete that information and terminate any account associated with that individual.

Usage and Onboarding Data

We collect information you provide directly to the app, including mood selections, task entries, answers to onboarding questions, and all other usage data. This includes all information you provide when you create a new account.

Diagnostic Data

In the event the Service crashes, we may collect technical details to fix the issue. We may use your usage data and logs to detect problems as they occur.

Device Data

We may collect certain information automatically from your mobile device, including, but not limited to:

Your device's IP address
Device model and manufacturer
Operating system and version

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

To conduct analytics to understand how our Service is used and to improve the user experience

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your Personal Data. In the event of an acquisition, change of ownership, business sale, business transfer or similar ownership altering event, Personal Data may be included in the sale. You will be notified of the pending sale of your Personal Data, at which time you will have 14 days to opt-out, removing your Personal Data from the sale. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who help us provide the Service. We share your data with partners that handle payment processing, data storage, technical support, analytics, and marketing. All partners are required to adhere to and comply with applicable local laws and protect your data. In some cases, your data may be processed outside of your country of residence. In these cases we take reasonable measures to ensure your data is protected. We do not control how third parties use or share your data. Your data and AI

We collect text, audio, images, video, and transcripts you provide when you use AI features of the Service. This data is collected when performing any interaction that utilizes AI, machine learning models, and any similar services. These AI features may be provided by third parties. The processing of this data is only to the extent necessary to adequately deliver the relevant features. We may use any and all data to train our models. We recommend you read the Privacy Policies of third-party service providers regarding training models based on data provided via their APIs.

Right to access and correct

You have the right to request access to the Personal Data we hold about you and to ask that we correct any inaccuracies.

Right to deletion

You have the right to request the complete cancellation of your account and/or the deletion of your personal information. Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will close your account. You have the right to request the deletion of your data when it is no longer needed.

Right to restriction

You can ask us to limit how we process your data, acknowledging that limiting how we process your data may impact the Service or the quality of the Service. You accept liability for any impact that data processing restrictions have on the quality of the Service.

Right to portability

You can request your data in a machine-readable format. After we verify the request we will process it within a reasonable timeframe.

We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active with us. When you request account deletion, we may retain your data for up to two years in case you decide to return, after which we permanently delete your data.

We may update our Privacy Policy at any time. Notice of changes will be provided by updating the "Effective Date" of this document. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. By continuing to use the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the revised policy
